The Lord Mayor of Canterbury, Cllr Dr Harry Cragg honoured 10 members of All Seasons’ staff with their 20 years long service award at a Celebration Event held on 26th November at Kent Enterprise House .
The Lord Mayor of Canterbury, Cllr Harry Cragg opened the ceremony and acknowledged the carer workers for their hard work and dedication as well as their contribution to the community.
The celebration event also marked the 25th anniversary of the local charity Kent Enterprise Trust. The charity started with the project CADET Care, designed to support single mothers into employment through the provision of training and experience. The initial project evolved and become All Seasons Care Services which currently provides domiciliary care to over 700 adults whilst employing and training more than 250 staff. The organisation continues to go from strength to strength and even in these challenging financial times has employment and training opportunities available.
